I'm a UK-based Consultant in Family Medicine with special interests in musculoskeletal medicine, lifestyle medicine, and nutrition. I combine everyday primary care with specialist MSK clinics, joint injection services, and a holistic approach to chronic disease.

My training spans emergency medicine, respiratory medicine, psychiatry, and surgery — giving me a broad clinical foundation. I'm passionate about preventative health, chronic pain management, and empowering patients through education.

Beyond the clinic, I'm pursuing a PG Certificate in Sports & Exercise Nutrition and create educational health content on chronic pain and lifestyle medicine.
